Meet Coach Charles

22 years in judo 16 years teaching and coaching Second-degree black belt Multiple-time Midwest state champion

I'm Coach Charles Kreie, a second-degree black belt with 22 years of judo experience and 16 years of teaching and coaching. I began judo to get into shape, but I stayed because of the confidence, discipline, resilience, and personal growth it gave me.

I'm a multiple-time state champion throughout the Midwest and have coached numerous state champions and a national silver medalist. My greatest accomplishment, however, is seeing students carry the values of judo with them into adulthood.

CKC does not use a one-size-fits-all approach. I provide personalized coaching and one-on-one development based on each student's fitness, self-defense, competition, or personal-growth goals.
